Tara River

Tara River is one of the cleanest in Europe. Majestically refered to as “The tear of Europe”. The canyon is the second deepest in the world after the Grand Canyon and is under UNESCO protection.

Our Fly Fishing OFFER is available during the months of August, September and October. Fly only, no barbed hooks, no kill fishing rules apply.

Lim River

The Lim river in Plav is one of the top flyfishing destinations in the entire Balkans. Grayling, trout and Huchen are in abundence; a natural trout lake feeds the Lim. It is easy to access great fishing spots along it’s banks. The Lim meanders through a plateau and meadows, with more rapids and rocks in the lower sections making access more challenging.

Luca River

The Luca river emerges from a spring and is a fresh crystal clear river running on a plateau in remote, unspoiled wilderness. It is famous for trophy grayling, which can be seen swimming in pools. There is also impressive trout to be caught here too.

Fishing & Equipment

3-4 weight rods for Grayling and Trout and 7 weight for Huchen are recommended. Inshore and offshore saltwater Fly fishing is also available. Catches include tuna, sea bass, Pike, sabre fish and grouper from the shore or boat trips. Priced separately.
